You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We do not consider a change of mind as a reasonable request for a refund.
However, under special circumstances, we could offer a replacement or store credit. If there are any costs incurred with replacing an item, this may be charged at the customer's expense.
On orders that are eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit, the customer is required to return the product, unopened, unused and may be required to pay for the return shipping.
We do not issue refunds on items that have been opened and used, except if they have been delivered damaged or defective.
